The short ones are a single observation, usually under three hundred words. The essays are longer and more oriented towards neurodiversity, the workplace and communication.

I spent thirty-seven years in leadership — four as a Navy Surface Warfare Officer, then Fortune 100 (Dell and Tech Data), then two companies I started and ran. I was 55 when I learned I’m autistic. I am not a clinician, and that is the angle.
